Alan has been in private practice since 1972. His areas of practice include estate planning, with trusts, wills, and related documents, probate, trust administration, real estate and oil and gas. Alan attended high school in Medicine Lodge, Kansas. He is a graduate of Kansas State University and obtained his law degree at the University of Tulsa. Alan is married and has two grown children.
